- On February 20th, 2017, a former CIA officer, Edward Price, published a scathing op-ed in the Washington Post saying that he never thought he would leave the Agency, but he cannot serve under DT.
- On February 21st, 2017, DT visited the Smithsonian African-American History Museum where he once again made a cringe-worthy speech. The Root has much better analysis than I ever will on the subject; CNN is more neutral, but perhaps not virtuously. t is not clear if DT's visit resulted in his knowledge that Frederick Douglass died over a century ago.
- On February 21st, 2017, as protesters continued to demand answers from their Senators and Representatives, DT once again tweeted "intelligence" he gathered from watching Fox News, saying that the constituents of Congressional lawmakers are not, actually, their voters but organized protesters. Hey, buddy, welcome to the concept of community organizing.

- On February 21st, 2017, Kellyanne Conway finally got back on a soapbox, this time on a very diminished platform, the Hugh Hewitt radio show (who?). On Hewitt's show, Conway said that DT is considering recess appointments while Congress is in recess in order to fill the cabinet. It is unlikely that DT would know a recess appointment from his elbow, but I'm sure Conway & co. will tell him this is something he can legally do.
- On February 21st, 2017, PBS Newshour published a detailed timeline of DT's possible ties to Russia. Sadly, the timeline ends on February 17th, when Congress went into recess. It is critical to keep pressure on our lawmakers to investigate as soon as they return.
- On February 21st, 2017. the Miami New Times reported that Florida lawmakers were starting a movement to amend the constitution to dismantle the judicial branch. This is not satire. They have filed a resolution in the Florida House.
- On February 21st, 2017, Sean Spicer answered a question about the rise in anti-islamic hate groups since DT's campaign talking about "radical Islamic terror." Video available, no need to read the article-- draw your own conclusions.
- On February 21st, 2017, at the same press briefing, Spicer attacked the Anne Frank Center's statement that DT's extremely belated comments on anti-semitism were a "band-aid on the cancer of Antisemitism in the administration." Spicer totally missed the point, as always, defending DT for having said, very forcefully, that he disavows hate crimes and hate speech and that he has worked very hard to unite the country, neither of which are true. He ended by saying he thinks the Anne Frank Center should have praised DT, instead.

- On February 21st, 2017, Spicer also said that the DT administration would rescind guidance to schools on rights for trans children, as he believes that the states should have the right to determine whether or not to discriminate against some of the most vulnerable people in the nation. Video in link.
- On February 21st, 2017, Muslim American activists Linda Sarsour and Tarek El-Messidi launched a fundraiser to repair damage done to an historic Jewish cemetery in St. Louis that was desecrated over the weekend in one of many anti-semitic hate crimes. They raised their goal of $20,000 in two hours.
- On February 21st, 2017, the Associated Press reported that the New York City medical examiner who performed the autopsy on the Russian ambassador to the UN said that the manner of the ambassador's death requires further study.
- On February 21st, 2017, Business Insider reported that DT's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, has changed his story on the Russia-Ukraine "peace plan" he says he delivered to Mike Flynn (depending on which day you ask him), FOUR TIMES. Remember to call your representatives and demand an investigation!
- On February 21st, 2017, Reuters published an in depth piece on how General H.R. McMaster, DT's new National Security Advisor, differs from the rest of the administration, particularly on the subjects of Russia and fighting terrorism in the Middle East. We'll see how long he lasts.
- On February 21st, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security laid out plans to enforce DT's executive orders regarding detention and deportation of undocumented immigrants, including empowering local law enforcement to perform "perform the functions of immigration officers."
- On February 21st, 2017, after his book deal was canceled and he was disinvited from CPAC, noted white supremacist, transmisogynist, and anti-semite Milo Yiannopoulos resigned as an editor at Breitbart. Yiannopoulos is a UK citizen and a guest in the US on an O-1 immigration visa, and as of leaving his job, is no longer legally in the US. I wonder if he would be so quick to encourage his ghoulish fans to point out undocumented immigrants, now.
- On February 21st, 2017, a banner reading "REFUGEES WELCOME" appeared on the Statue of Liberty. An investigation to find the patriots who placed the banner on the pedestal, presumably to reward them for being rad.
